Built-in GPS means runs and rides are mapped without carrying your phone. Workout detection starts most sessions on its own, which is the feature you appreciate on the days you forget.

Living with it

Expect to charge it every day or two with the always-on display enabled, longer without. It pairs with Android phones — Samsung phones unlock the full set of features, other Android handsets get most of them, and it does not work with iPhone. Standard quick-release straps fit, so you can move from a steel bracelet at work to silicone at the gym in seconds.
