Will a Pixel or Samsung work with Nigerian networks?
Every Pixel and Samsung phone Ziggatech lists is factory unlocked and tested on Nigerian networks — MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile — before it goes on sale, including 4G and 5G bands where the handset supports them.
Are these phones new or UK-used?
Ziggatech sells both brand new and certified pre-owned (often called UK-used) Android phones in Nigeria. Pre-owned handsets are fully tested, graded, and restored to like-new condition — the grade is stated on every Ziggatech listing, and every phone ships with a 12-month warranty honoured at the Ikeja, Lagos store.
How do I know the phone isn't blacklisted?
Ziggatech checks every phone's IMEI against the GSMA blacklist before it is listed for sale in Nigeria. You can confirm the same number yourself: dial *#06# on the handset to display its IMEI, and Ziggatech films the exact unit with the screen on and the IMEI visible before it leaves the Ikeja, Lagos store, so the device you receive is the one that was checked.
How long does delivery take?
Ziggatech delivers Android phones same-day across Lagos on orders placed before 12 PM, dispatched from its store at 1A Bashiru Oweh St, off Medical Road, Ikeja. Delivery elsewhere in Nigeria typically takes 2-3 business days by insured courier.
