Refund & Return Policy
ZIGGA TECHNOLOGY RETURN POLICY
At Zigga Technology, we offer a 3-day return policy on all brand new physical products. This means you have 3 days from the date of receiving your new item to initiate a return or request a refund.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.
Our Store Purchase Warranty covers certain manufacturing defect claims on new physical goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products returned under this warranty will undergo an evaluation to determine the fault or cause. Based on our findings, we will either repair or replace the item.
Please note that video games and digital content are excluded from returns or refunds. All sales of game titles are final.

If your return meets our policy and falls within the 30-day window, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address and resolve the issue.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
