Why this generation still makes sense

Sensor-shift stabilisation and the larger main sensor mean low-light photographs that hold up against far newer mid-range phones — useful at evenings and events where flash ruins the shot. It runs current iOS releases and will for some time yet.

Worth knowing

128GB is comfortable if you use iCloud or offload photos regularly; if you shoot ProRes video, it will fill quickly, so consider a higher capacity and tell us — we usually have other configurations in stock. Battery health on any device of this generation varies with history, so ask us for the exact figure on the unit you are buying and we will send a screenshot.
