Meta Quest 3 VR headset

Quest 3 is a standalone computer you wear. There is no PC, no console and no external sensors to mount on your walls — you put it on, draw your play boundary once, and you are in. That independence is what makes it usable in a Lagos flat rather than a dedicated games room.

• Pancake lenses, which is why the headset is about 40% slimmer than the Quest 2 and sits more comfortably for long sessions

• Touch Plus controllers with haptics, plus full hand tracking when you put them down

Mixed reality, not just VR

Full-colour passthrough cameras with a depth sensor let the headset see your actual room and place virtual objects in it — a screen on your real wall, a board game on your real table. It also means you can see the person walking into the room, which sounds mundane until you have used a headset that blinds you completely.

What to expect honestly

Battery life is around two to three hours depending on what you run; a battery-strap accessory extends that. Content is bought through the Meta Store, so you will need a payment method it accepts — ask us about this before ordering if that is a concern. It also connects to a gaming PC over Air Link or a cable for PC VR titles.

Includes the headset and Touch Plus controllers. Tested and set up before dispatch, with Lagos pickup or nationwide delivery, and we will walk you through the first boundary setup if you have not used a headset before.
