Encore Essential for rooms, shops and small gatherings. PartyBox 310 when you need a courtyard filled and you want wheels rather than a handle. The step up is significant in both volume and weight — if you regularly host outdoors, buy the bigger one once instead of the smaller one twice. Practical

Six hours is a real evening, but plan to run it on mains for a long event. Keep the mic gain sensible near the speaker to avoid feedback — stand behind it, not in front.
