Government procurement — FAQs

Is Zigga registered with the Bureau of Public Procurement?
Yes. Zigga Technology Limited (RC 7151373) is registered on the BPP National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers. Registration and CAC documents are available on request for your tender file.
Can you supply brand-new, sealed devices?
Yes. Tell us whether the requirement is brand new or certified pre-owned, and every line on the proforma states the condition of the unit being quoted, so there is no ambiguity at inspection.
Do you accept LPOs?
Yes. A purchase order raised against our proforma is enough for us to proceed. Payment is made against the proforma before dispatch.
What warranty and support come with a government order?
Every device carries a 12-month written warranty, except used Windows and gaming laptops, which carry 3 months plus lifetime support. The warranty is honoured in person at our Ikeja, Lagos store, and outside Lagos we arrange courier pickup and return, so faults are not sent abroad.
Can you deliver to agencies outside Lagos?
Yes. Orders are delivered within Lagos or shipped nationwide, with a company invoice issued on delivery.
