iPad FAQs
Are these iPads new or refurbished?
Ziggatech sells both in Nigeria. Some iPads are brand new and sealed; others are certified pre-owned — fully tested, graded, and restored to like-new condition. The grade is stated on every Ziggatech listing, and each iPad ships with a 12-month warranty honoured at the Ikeja, Lagos store after passing a 100-point inspection.
Is the iPad iCloud-unlocked and ready to use?
Every iPad Ziggatech sells in Nigeria is verified iCloud-free and factory reset before it is listed, so you set it up with your own Apple ID out of the box. An iPad still tied to a previous owner's Apple ID is locked hardware, which is why Ziggatech checks this before the device is offered for sale.
How long does delivery take?
Ziggatech delivers iPads same-day across Lagos on orders placed before 12 PM, dispatched from its store at 1A Bashiru Oweh St, off Medical Road, Ikeja. Delivery elsewhere in Nigeria takes 1 to 3 business days by insured courier.
Can I trade in my old iPad?
Ziggatech buys back iPads across Nigeria through its Trade-in & Save programme. Get an instant valuation from the Ziggatech calculator and put the credit towards a new iPad or any other device, with same-day pickup available in Lagos.
