Samsung Galaxy A15 Price in Nigeria

Galaxy A15 at ₦372,800: when the A16 beats it

The Galaxy A15 is a good phone sitting in a bad spot on our price list. The 4GB/128GB costs ₦372,800. The newer Galaxy A16 6GB/128GB costs ₦283,800, which is ₦89,000 less, and the A16 5G 4GB/128GB is ₦294,800, ₦78,000 less. For most buyers, that settles it.

Buy the Galaxy A15 if:

• You want Super AMOLED at 90Hz and a 6.5-inch screen that is easy to hold. It is smaller than the 6.7-inch A16.
• You want four major Android upgrades, which is twice what the cheaper Galaxy A06 offers.
• You want 8GB RAM and 256GB with a microSD slot, and you will pay ₦510,800 for it.

Skip it if:

• You want the best value in the range. The Galaxy A16 6GB/128GB has more RAM, a bigger screen and six major Android upgrades for ₦89,000 less.
• You are considering the 8GB/256GB. The A16 8GB/256GB costs ₦482,800, ₦28,000 less, and the Galaxy A26 5G 6GB/128GB costs exactly the same ₦510,800 with IP67 water resistance.
• You want the lowest price. The Galaxy A06 128GB is ₦172,000 cheaper.

Which A15 to choose

The ₦138,000 step from 128GB to 256GB is steep. If you need the extra storage, a memory card is far cheaper: the A15 takes microSD, which shares a slot with the second SIM. If you want to use two SIMs and a card at once, the A15 does not allow it.

Of the two, the 4GB/128GB is the version most people will actually use. The 8GB/256GB only makes sense when you have already ruled out the A16 8GB/256GB and the A26.

How the A15 compares in price

Every neighbour in the table costs less than the A15 and is newer. That is the case against it. The case for it is a smaller 6.5-inch screen and four years of promised updates, which are real but modest advantages. If neither matters to you, the A16 is the default recommendation.

What the Galaxy A15 gives you

• Screen: a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED at 1080 x 2340 and 90Hz, with strong contrast in sunlight.
• Battery: 5,000 mAh with 25W charging, a full day for most users.
• Updates: Samsung lists up to four major Android upgrades.
• Storage: microSD support, so you can add space without buying the 256GB.
• SIM: dual SIM, handy for two networks.

What to know before you buy a Galaxy A15

1. Compare with the A16 first. It is newer and, at our prices, cheaper in every version.
2. RAM. The 4GB model is enough for messaging and social media, and slows down when you run many apps.
3. SIM and card slot. The memory card shares the second SIM slot, so you choose between two SIMs and extra storage.
4. Charger. The phone supports 25W charging. Ask us whether a charger is in the box, and buy a 25W USB-C charger if it is not.
5. IMEI. Dial *#06# and make sure it matches the box.

Every Galaxy A15 we list is Brand New and comes with a 12-month written warranty, honoured in person at our Ikeja store. You can exchange it or take store credit within 7 days. Delivery is same-day in Lagos on orders before 12 PM (selected areas), 1 to 2 days elsewhere in Lagos, and 3 to 5 days to the rest of Nigeria.
