What the Osmo Pocket 4 Does Better Than Any Phone

The 4P's second camera is the whole story. A 60mm lens is a portrait lens. It puts a soft, blurred background behind a face and lets you film someone from across the room without walking up to them. On the Pocket 4, zooming in past 2x means cropping, and the picture gets softer.
The 4P also handles bright skies and dark shadows in the same shot better, with 17 stops of dynamic range against 14. That matters on an outdoor shoot at 2pm in Lagos sun, and it matters most if you colour-grade your footage in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere.
