Common questions

  • We accept USD, GBP, and CAD via Stripe. The charge appears in your local currency at the checkout rate — no hidden conversion fees on our end.

  • Before sealing, we record a video of the device — screen on, IMEI visible, condition shown in full. We send you that video on WhatsApp or email for approval. Your family also receives the same order confirmation, so the IMEI on the box matches what you saw.

  • We hold the device for up to 14 days at no charge. You can also switch to home delivery — just contact us on WhatsApp before the order is finalised. We deliver Lagos-wide in 1–3 business days.

  • Yes. If your family prefers it delivered to their door, we handle Lagos-wide delivery in 1–3 business days, fully tracked. Visit our How It Works page for the delivery flow.

  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We'll WhatsApp you and your family member as soon as the device has passed inspection and is ready at the Ikeja store.
