After your order is placed and the device passes inspection, we record the packaging — screen on, IMEI visible, physical condition shown in full. We send it to you via WhatsApp or email before the device leaves our hands. If anything looks wrong, you tell us and we resolve it before dispatching.

For delivery: our rider calls before arriving and will reschedule if needed — the device is never left unattended. For pickup: we hold the device at the Ikeja store for up to 14 days at no charge. You can also switch from pickup to home delivery at any point — just message us on WhatsApp.
